Located within the three cities of West Lake Hills, Rollingwood and Austin, Texas, the Westlake Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit business membership organization that supports the local community. The Westlake Chamber Empowers Local Businesses, Connects the Westlake Community and Enhances Economic Growth.
Chad loves to work with business leaders to create cultures where all employees thrive while beating performance goals to realize the company’s mission. Working for Fortune 500 companies as an IT leader, and completing a master's degree in organizational leadership, he saw the great impact leadership, team dynamics, and company culture can make on employees' experience--boosting productivity, attracting and retaining top talent, all while positively impacting the lives of employees and the leaders themselves. Building on this experience, he now helps business leaders and their teams grow their organizational health and effectiveness.
Chad is a native Texan. He has an amazingly smart and talented wife of nearly 20 years, along with 3 dogs, 2 birds, and a horse. He also loves outdoor adventure sports (like rock climbing and cycling—road and mountain) and serving others through faith-based organizations and other non-profits.
