They should have also demonstrated one or more of the following: Growth and Stability, Commitment to Quality, Creative or Unique Solutions to Challenges, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and/or an Overall Contribution to The Greater Westlake Community.

Finalist: Fajita Pete's
Fajita Pete’s – Westlake specializes in delivering fresh, high-quality Tex-Mex to the community, with a focus on award-winning fajitas, homemade tortillas, and sides made fresh daily. They have become a trusted partner for feeding families, schools, offices, and events throughout Westlake. Their commitment to quality and consistency has earned the loyalty of the community, with many residents previously driving to their MoPac location before the Westlake branch opened.
Beyond their menu, Fajita Pete’s is dedicated to giving back to the Westlake community. They actively support local schools and teams through Spirit Days and maintain strong ties to the Westlake Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations.
Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, a tailgate, or a family celebration, Fajita Pete’s makes it easy with options for both drop-off and full-service catering. Their goal is simple: to be Westlake’s go-to source for delicious Tex-Mex, with the convenience and service you expect.
Finalist: Saint Bernard
Saint Bernard began in Dallas, TX, in 1978 as a ski and sporting goods store. Over the years, it has expanded to include year-round apparel, home décor, and accessories for all occasions. The first Austin location opened in 2008 on 2nd Street Downtown, and in May 2023, Saint Bernard found its new home in Westlake, where the community offered a warm welcome.
Since opening in Westlake, Saint Bernard has proudly supported the surrounding Austin area through donations and community involvement. Committed to quality, they bring the best brands, equipment, and expertise to ensure you and your family are prepared for anything—from memorable ski trips to everyday adventures.
Like their namesake, the Saint Bernard dog, the store is dedicated to looking after its customers, helping them create lasting memories while staying happy and prepared for life’s adventures.

The Council Real Estate Group is deeply committed to the Westlake community, fostering connections through sponsorships, volunteering, and ongoing support. Holly McCormick, a proud Westlake homeowner since 2006 and a Realtor since 2003, exemplifies this passion as a member of the Leadership Westlake Class of 2025. Together with Natasha Antonioni and Albina Rippy, Holly leads The Council Real Estate Group in contributing to local causes and events.
Their community involvement includes working with Eanes Education Foundation to welcome new families and partnering with organizations like Foundation Communities, SAFE, Spoon Foundation, Community First!, and Habitat for Humanity.
