Hi! I've been a therapist in the Westlake area for over 35 years--what a beautiful part of the country we live in! I work with individuals, couples, families, and businesses. I have a passion for helping people enjoy greater self esteem, improved communication with others, and find more happiness and satisfaction in life, love and work. I teach people the skills they can immediately use to clarify and then reach their goals. Everyone who wants to have better communication in all of their relationships can learn a very structured skill that is remarkable in terms of reducing conflict and reactivity. When people feel understood, they are much more likely to want to find collaborative solutions to problems. Parents are relieved learning better skills; couples resurrect passion and intimacy; businesses function efficiently. I'd love to help you!
