The Westlake Chamber Board of Directors holds the government and policy-making responsibilities for the Chamber. Each year, the Chairman of the Board will appoint a nominating committee to review all applicants and present a slate of nominees to the Board to fill any expired or vacant board seats. All applicants should be members in good standing for 12 consecutive months prior to the election and there may be no more than one representative per company. The Board will elect the new members at the regular November Board meeting. New Board Members are seated at the following January Board Meeting. The term is three years.
