Jeff Julia

Before founding Koncept Garage in 2020, Jeff spent 10 years in energy engineering and project management, working primarily with the colleges and universities in the Greater Boston area. During this time he wrote an award-winning book on the subject.

Since the inception of Koncept Garage, he grew the company to over $1 million in annual sales in the first 2 years without any outside funding.

"Space for life" means something different to everyone and he enjoys creating solutions that align for each client.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University’s acclaimed College of Engineering while minoring in Business Administration.

He lives in Austin, TX with his wife Abby.

I'm excited to represent Koncept Garage as a member of the Westlake Chamber of Commerce! We not only service the residents of this area, but we partner with many businesses of Westlake - predominately custom home builders, architects, interior designers, realtors, and home service reps. I'm on the executive team and manage business development and strategy, as well as our membership & referral channels for our company. I love helping businesses grow, understanding customer challenges & needs, and finding the best solutions for partners & clients. I look forward to learning & enhancing our connections with the community!
