Julia brings more than 30 years of senior living leadership experience, shaped by a deep commitment to resident-centered service and operational excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare management and policy from the University of Miami. Additionally, she is nationally and Texas-certified as a Director of Assisted Living, as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. A San Angelo native, she combines a strong clinical understanding with a passion for quality care, informed by many years of leading senior living communities and businesses in Florida. She is excited to serve the Austin community and partner with her team to ensure The Sterling Touch® is reflected in every experience.
