Event Description:

*Rescheduled due to Weather Closures in the Area* The Leadership Academy is composed of 12 separate educational programs. Classes are the first Friday of each month and are 3 hours each.

This Month's Class:
Setting vision, mission, goals and direction.
How to lead yourself and your company into the future. Includes techniques for strategic planning, business plans, and annual operation plans in 4 key areas- financial, customer, production, and people.


The fee for the program is: Chamber Member: $650/Year* OR $95/Class Non-Member: $950/Year* OR $135/Class *Monthly installments are an option.
