As a thought leader, Ryan asks his audiences to consider the relationship between health, longevity and the role of place in the quality of their lives. He advises leaders in health care, real estate, senior living, and financial services as they weigh the risks and opportunities associated with increasing human longevity. His work has been cited in numerous outlets, including CBS News, Washington Post, Forbes, and others. 
 
Ryan is on the Advisory Council for the Stanford Center on Longevity and previously served on the National Advisory Board of Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and as a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center task force on health and housing. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Stanford Business School.
