Dr. Wina Ambion, PT, DPT is the founder and owner of Westlake Physical Therapy & Wellness, PLLC - a specialized, cash-based solo physical therapy practice in Austin dedicated to helping women navigate the musculoskeletal challenges of perimenopause and menopause. Dr. Wina personally evaluates and treats every patient at every visit, providing one-on-one, evidence-based care for joint pain, stiffness, back pain, and declining mobility in midlife women. Her mission is to help women move through menopause with less pain, more confidence, and the freedom to stay active. She serves the greater Westlake and Austin community.
