Join us for a three-hour interactive leadership workshop led by \;
Michael Hidalgo. Built on The \;5Voices \;framework. Participants will identify their own foundational voice among the \;five \;leadership styles (Nurturer\, Creative\, Guardian\, Connector\, Pioneer) and learn how that voice shapes their communication\, decision making\, and team dynamics. Michael is a speaker\, encourager\, non-profit leader\, and one of our Teachers in Residence at Riverbend. He currently lives in Denver with his family. \;

\nThrough guided self-assessment and group discussion\, attendees will uncover both the strengths and blind spots tied to their natural leadership style and gain practical language for understanding how their colleagues are wired differently.

The workshop moves beyond self-awareness into application\, helping leaders see what they bring to a team at their best and where their voice can become a liability under pressure. Attendees will leave with a clearer picture of their team'\;s overall voice balance\, concrete insight into their own growth edges\, and one personal action step to carry forward. \;
